Adult Leisure

Formed in 2020, Adult Leisure are a melodic alt-indie four-piece based in Bristol. Their debut single ‘Things You Don’t Know Yet’ was released in March 2022, championed by the likes of BBC Upload and God Is In The TV as a ‘mighty impressive debut offering’.

Following up on this came their debut EP The Weekend Ritual later that year, celebrated by BBC Radio 1, Variance Magazine, The Telegraph’s ‘Now Hear This’ and RTE, and saw Adult Leisure truly announcing themselves as a band not to be missed. Their second EP Present State of Joy and Grief was released November 2023, championed by BBC Radio 1 and picked by producer Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, One Direction, Paloma Faith) to be played in Hotel Chocolat stores worldwide. Since their debut hometown show, a swift sell out, in 2022, they have gone on to tour the UK four times and share the stage with the likes of The Family Rain, Affleck’s Palace, China Bears, Human Interest and The Luka State and have played a variety of UK festivals.
